Dear panda partners,
We are excited to launch the latest feature “Help Center” in goDroid tomorrow (16 June), which will replace the current “Support” live chat feature. The major updates upgrade the chat interface to offer you a more convenient and efficient inquiry experience.
Order selection function: Start a conversation easily.
The order selection function allows you to review the order status, cancellation reason, and other order details. When you simply choose a particular order, our system will identify the order type and display the related order issue options. You no longer need to input order code anymore!
FAQs function: Guide you the best way to get support for non-live order issue
FAQs include most non-live order issue answers and ways to submit your inquiry, such as tablet troubleshooting guide, billing and finance issues, etc.
How to update?
GoDroid Help Center will automatically update and replace the “Support” feature once the device connects to the Internet. So please keep your device connected. If there is no auto-update, please restart your tablet.
Please kindly update your frontline staff on this latest arrangement. Enjoy the seamless experience with this new feature!
