Restaurant Portal Help Centre
Dear panda partners,
As a warm reminder, we are making changes to how partners submit non-live requests and menu updates. Please kindly note the following and save the date:
Submit Non-Live Requests via Help Centre in Restaurant Portal
Starting 3 March 2021 (Wednesday), we will be launching Help Centre within Restaurant Portal to better serve our partners and it will be replacing the Partner Support Request Form for any non-live order requests. If you have any issues regarding billing invoices, devices, restaurant supply, please head over to Restaurant Portal and submit your request via the new Help Centre feature on the left-hand panel.
Update Your Menu via Menu Management
Following the above, we will ONLY accept menu update requests submitted via Restaurant Portal from 3 March 2021 (Wednesday) onwards. Please update your menu via Menu Management in Restaurant Portal with just a few clicks. Your request will be reviewed within 2 business days by our Quality Control team.
